ClipPulse, operated by Baaww LLC, turns long videos into short clips. You pick the moments, or let our Scout suggest them; we do the cutting, captioning and finishing. By using ClipPulse you agree to these terms.
One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Paid Starter and Pro plans include one active device seat at a time, as disclosed at sign-up; higher plans include more seats as shown on the pricing page.
Plans are billed at the prices shown at checkout, plus the card processing fee shown as its own line before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel in one click from your billing panel; when you cancel, your plan, minutes and clips remain usable until the end of the period you paid for. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds. Paid minutes never expire. If a render fails, you are not charged for it.
You keep ownership of everything you submit and everything we make from it for you. Submit only content you have the right to use. You give us the permission needed to process your content, produce your clips, and operate any share links you create.
Do not use ClipPulse for unlawful or infringing content, to harass anyone, or to abuse, overload or probe the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work to keep ClipPulse available and correct, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Questions: support@clippulse.ai.
