ClipPulse is a video-clipping service operated by Baaww LLC (“ClipPulse”, “we”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use ClipPulse, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@clippulse.ai.
Account information. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the name and profile information Google shares with us.
Your content. The video links and files you submit, the moments you pick, caption edits you make, and the clips we generate for you.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and payment confirmations; we never see or store your full card number.
Technical information. Session and device information needed to run your account — including the single-device session policy described in our Terms — and service logs used to keep ClipPulse reliable and secure.
To provide the service: turning your videos into clips, keeping your shelf of finished clips available, running your subscription, and supporting your account. We also use it to prevent abuse, fix problems, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your videos to advertise to you.
ClipPulse runs on a small set of providers — cloud hosting, video processing, transcription and AI moment-scoring, file storage, and Stripe for payments. Your content is sent to them only as far as needed to produce and deliver your clips.
If you create a share link for a preview, anyone who has that link can view those clips. That is the feature working the way you asked it to — only share links you mean to share.
Your clips and account data are kept while your account is active, so your shelf works when you return. You can delete any clip from your shelf at any time. To delete your account and its data, or to ask what we hold about you, email support@clippulse.ai and we will act on it promptly.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the single-device session policy. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
ClipPulse is built for creators and is not directed to children under 13.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update this page and note the new date above.
